We recently had Bortz Chevrolet repair some front-end damage to our vehicle, and we also requested an oil change, then we got a bill for $141.29 just for the oil change. Bortz apparently took it upon themselves to rotate the tires and reset the TPM System (which automatically recelebrates itself) and then charged us $35.00 extra to do it.
