They are the biggest liars! Do not deal with Rich. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer ship. Originally my car broke down on August 25 and I took it to a car shop in Mount Morris PA. They changed a few sensors and my car still wasn’t working so they took it to Bortz “without my approval first” and even Bortz still could tell me what exactly was wrong with it, they said they needed to tear into the engine some more to find the issue.
