Because he is rude to me! He SCREAMS at me when I come to his office I have to visit him every month because he has NO REFILLS on my prescriptions. He REFUSES to write a note for my city to give me disability parking poles. And he talks over me.
Dr. Bortnick is a great Dr. He's thorough and very hard working. He cares about his patients and will take on new patients even when his schedule is full. I would hope anyone who cares about their health will follow his advice. He's the best!
HORRIBLE front desk staff, I will be switching doctors due to this. I've been sent to wrong locations for testing due to them telling me the wrong location. Very rude and making my health issues take longer to be resolved. This is ridiculous!!
