Lack of Responsiveness, Disrespect, Transparency, Fairness in Invoicing! On 08/23/24, we sent a detailed email titled "Contract Termination Reasons and Invoice Adjustments" to the attorney dealing with our matter, the office manager and another senior attorney of the firm [just to make sure it was not swept under the carpet].
