Chayna (PFSR), Amya(PFSR) Stephanie (PM) Was very nice and very professional with their job. This was my first visit to this Office & they really helped me out a lot and made me feel very comfortable with my first visit. They are Life Savers & Thanks Lady's it shows that you guys are not only in it for the money, you guys really love what you do. Please, keep up the good work
YOU WILL JEOPARDIZE YOUR HEALTH BY VISITING THIS PROVIDER AND HER OFFICE. Absolute incompetence. You cannot get your medications sent to the pharmacy. You cannot get your labs drawn at memorial because this physician and her staff are unable to operate efficiently. Visit ANY OTHER practice.
Came in for the first time to have a primary care doctor. Wait time was minimal in the waiting room and staff and doctor made the experience pleasant
Dr. Walker was very thorough and really cared about my health. Kind and calm nature. Answered all my questions with patience and care. I also was very impressed with how attention to detail her staff had. They called me several times to confirm I completed all the tests I needed and were submitted to them. I really felt like I matter to them & not just another patient.
The wait time was about 20 minutes. Dr. Walker wasn’t rushed and took her time to listen when she came into the room. My initial visit was great. All of my medications were updated and labs ordered. I found a good doctor ??
My first time here and I feel comfortable and Welcome here the front end desk clerk was friendly and Dr. Janice Walker was very kind and understanding and seem to really Care about your health.
