Amber and MISS help the residence very well. They answer questions thoroughly when I had a problem they solved it really quick and if I need something they’re on it Amber is one of the most nicest managers you have out here please and I mean, please don’t get rid of her. Facing eviction after being threatened by other tenants. My apartment has been entered w out my permission and they gave me a 10 day notice. I filed a complaint to a company and 2 days after eviction was filed on me. Is this retaliation if they say their gonna file on the 5th but wait til 15 to actually file and 2 days after filing complaint against management
I just moved in 5 weeks ago and have had multiple issues with “emergency maintenance”. I am very disappointed in how they have handled everything. They stated sanding and painting should do.. looks like they’ve tried that multiple times before. Mold?? Oh and no one responded to my emergency maintenance request over the weekend, we are only given one key fob and I couldn’t access my apartment…my dog was locked inside for over 24 hours.
