Facing eviction after being threatened by other tenants. My apartment has been entered w out my permission and they gave me a 10 day notice. I filed a complaint to a company and 2 days after eviction was filed on me. Is this retaliation if they say their gonna file on the 5th but wait til 15 to actually file and 2 days after filing complaint against management
I just moved in 5 weeks ago and have had multiple issues with “emergency maintenance”. I am very disappointed in how they have handled everything. They stated sanding and painting should do.. looks like they’ve tried that multiple times before. Mold?? Oh and no one responded to my emergency maintenance request over the weekend, we are only given one key fob and I couldn’t access my apartment…my dog was locked inside for over 24 hours. Doug Borror is a scumbag and a crook. Everyone associated with this organization (including all of their upper executives who have been there almost a decade) is absolute trash. But I guess that's to be expected by a company that is only able to function via nepotism and giving positions to family members
