Please, have the staff answering the phones be a bit more patient and a less argumentative rude guy who kept throwing a fit because I’m trying to give him my phone number before I start coughing and he’s upset and accuses me of being rude and going to fast, so then I slow down, (still trying to suppress a coughing fit ) and then all of a sudden I’m mocking him.
