Ken seemed great and we hired him in 2019. I did not realize he sub-contracted out to as, I thought I was hiring a group of people that were equally as experienced. The two men who came out to paint the house were less than professional and I never would have hired personally. Ken was very quick to respond and very professional. I already had a quote to paint but I needed the project completed sooner than the other vendor could do. Ken’s quote came in very similar in price (even slightly cheaper) and he started the job within a few days of my first email and completed quickly too. I also really like the online scheduling and invoicing tools Ken uses. So professional, and easy to work with. They did a great job, were fast, and the place looked great. Ken and his team did am amazing job for me. From scheduling, attention to detail, clean up, pricing, and billing. Everything was smooth and my house hasn't looked better!
Ken and his team are highly professional and detailed. They did amazing work on my townhome (interior). Very responsive and even worked through a weekend to meet a deadline. I highly recommend Ken and Quality Painting Services!
If you like your peace of mind, avoid them. They wouldn’t even return the calls after the money has been collected.
