Have been coming here for a while and Jon always blows me away with his amazing work. Zack, Dre, and Connor was so kind and welcoming and make us always feel like we're family. Always a pleasure to do business here and can't wait to come back for my next appointment.
The only place I would consider going for a tattoo! There’s a reason they are the Best in Knoxville! Just had my 5th tattoo done today. All 5 have been done by Jon O and he’s the Best of the Best.. The place is spotless! The entire staff has never been anything but friendly, helpful and welcoming! I walked in today and they immediately seem to know me and know why I was there without me saying a word and said he’d let Jon know I was there and if you don’t like Tony somethings wrong with you he’s a great manager!
Stopped by for a piece of jewelry and maybe a piercing too. I’ve gotten several piercings here before and spent have spent hundreds on jewelry here as well. The guy “helping” me was not friendly at all. Borderline rude. Young kid, hoodie and shoulder length dark hair. I felt so uncomfortable just trying to look at anything that I just left.
