I have gone to Parchment Family Practice for about 3 years now. Now I do not know WHY I have put up with this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism for so long. The office is unorganized and not proactive at all. They do not care about patients or the patient experience at all. There will be no surveys or opportunities for your input. I have seen Dr. Born and his staff for over 10 years and they were the best. Even after moving 600 miles away, I considered driving back for my check ups. I wish I could find a staff like that in the U.P.
Right on top of the knowledge and caring in medications!
Dr. Born has treated my entire family for many years. He is excellent with children. Speaks to them as individuals, rather than about them like they aren't even in the room. He is very experienced within all areas of medicine. Treats the entire body rather than just a symptom. He literally saved my life after I was overdosed with morphine at the Bronson ER for a kidney stone. I had my mom drive me straight to him after the ER nurse took me to the car in a wheelchair as I was puking. ?? Dr. Born.
I had a heart attack in 2007 and I did not have a regular Doctor till Do Born. He and his staff are the best I have seen. I have been under severe medical conditions after the heart attack and MR Born gave me strength
