We rent a house from this company and they are horrible with repairs. We have been the only tenants to actually pay and stay this long. The neighbors have told us stories of how bad this company is. We are currently without any propane in the house. They refuse to put us in a hotel or reimburse us. Our house that we pay rent for has NO HOT WATER, NO HEATER, NO WORKING STOVE OR OVEN, and no dryer right now. This has been happening for almost a full week. This has to be the absolute worst company to rent for or to do business with, Zandra and her “team” could care less about their tenants. Countless times they have let us down and made us go with out, water, a working range and oven to cook on, they tried to charge me for damages to the house due to the freeze last year and after going back and forth with them for over a month they finally removed the charges. The amount of trouble this company is going through to try and nickel and dime us over some towels is ridiculous. We rented an Airbnb through them and while the house was mostly nice, our stay had a few issues. This included a leaking ceiling, which I thought we were pretty nice not making a fuss over. After I left a less than 5 star review on Airbnb they demanded money for 3 towels that we supposedly bleached. We never washed the towels and they stayed in the bathroom.
