I purchased a renovated home in December 2020 from Ben Thompson, the owner. From all appearances it was a beautiful house. I later found out he’d covered up extensive rotten framing and electrical problems with new sheetrock, even framing in new windows into the rotten wood so as to hide the evidence. A structural engineer and 2 contractors said it was the worst cover-up job they’d seen in 2 decades. Im a small business I was hired to plow born again properties he stiffed my company over 300 dollars his business practices are shady at best I dont recommend doing business with them and now I have to sue to get my money he owes
