A Pokemon pre-release I have been looking forward to for a long time was canceled without warning AFTER I had signed up. I am not going to be able to get this set in stores and this was my only chance. I called and asked why it was canceled And they said it was because “ It was listed in case they had enough stock from the previous pre-release” Which doesn’t make ANY Sense at all because why would you leave it up long enough for people to sign up for it a week after you would’ve known if you had enough stock. Super friendly vibe and lots of great products. Even though they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for the associate helped me find something I would be happy with. I did end up with an issues with one of my two purchases, but the associate was eager to help correct the issue. I didn’t end up being able to resolve this issue due to scheduling conflicts, but just the fact that they wanted to fix it was enough to make me a long term customer.
Nice staff and really good prices. Also pulled a zapdos sir from a booster they sold me so definitely check em out lol
Great place to stop by and game or buy supplies, highly recommend!
