We’ve had two funerals held at the Melrose Park location. Sara is the best. My in-laws passed away two months from each other. We had several setbacks with the life insurance policy which delayed the funeral services. Sara was so helpful, understanding, compassionate and went above and beyond in helping us from beginning to end. She even answered us when we had a questions in the late evening and weekends too. My mother was handled with outmost respect and care while we grieved her loss. The young man and young woman who came to the home to transport her body to the funeral home allowed us to incorporate our Mexican cultural practices. After all, it is traditions and culture that provide the prescription for loss and grieving. We have had three experiences with Bormann funeral services over the past 6 and 1/2 years. Each service was different but unique for the individual that was being remembered. When we had yet not committed to using Bormann for our last service, we called with dozens of questions as we wanted something a little different. Gerard was not only helpful but patient and calm.
