He might be the best dentist that ever lived. I hated my pediatric dentist and I’d be toothless today if Doctor Borman wasn’t such a friendly and approachable professional with a ton of knowledge. He calls it like he sees it and you’re better off — literally healithier — because of his care and attention to detail. I tried to make an appointment. I was refused because I missed 1 appointment. The office never confirmed the appt so I forgot. I think that's horrible. I.work in a Doctor's office as well. We never refuse patients. Bad customer service.

Dr. Borman and his team are very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The atmosphere in the office is calming and welcoming, and they always greet you with a smile.

I tried calling this office to schedule an appt for my sister although I’ve heard good things about the dentist, his entire front desk staff is rude & unhelpful. They brush you off & are extremely unprofessional. Poor representation of the office given that they are first impression for the Dr. —-if I could give his reception staff a zero, I would .
