I tried to make an appointment. I was refused because I missed 1 appointment. The office never confirmed the appt so I forgot. I think that's horrible. I.work in a Doctor's office as well. We never refuse patients. Bad customer service.
Dr. Borman and his team are very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The atmosphere in the office is calming and welcoming, and they always greet you with a smile.
I tried calling this office to schedule an appt for my sister although I’ve heard good things about the dentist, his entire front desk staff is rude & unhelpful. They brush you off & are extremely unprofessional. Poor representation of the office given that they are first impression for the Dr. —-if I could give his reception staff a zero, I would .
The best of the best.......my family has used Dr Borman for over 20 years - no dentist is even close.....
Honestly a great dentist, very experienced. He has done cavities, bridges, root canals and veneers for me. Doesn't overcharge, but looks for ways to charge you less! Because that's what success has done to him. The dental hygienist Stacey is amazing, I don't trust anyone else with my teeth take it from a veteran.
