Adrian is a great sales manager. He was very helpful and nice. We adore our new nautilus and will definitely come back again
The service advisor who welcomed me (I didn't get the advisors name, but Richard Portillo is notated on the service invoice) wasn't in the best of moods... it happens! He gave some bogus explanation when I inquired about my battery service and the promotion online from Borman Autoplex on their battery replacement service. His words (in a bothered voice) were that they don't offer the promotion. That he has had several customers asking about it and that he wishes that the promotion would be removed.
