Extremely helpful staff and doctors. My first hand experience has been the best of the many offices for gastrointestinal disorder professionals thus far. I feel that I'm seeing the best of the best and am confident I am receiving excellent care.
herman didn't find my emergency ... caused by his careless treatment and indifference from his staff... with the exception of the lady who set his appointments and she was openly hostile and impolite. i wound up with 2 trips to the er , then admitted in an emergency situation, transferred from starke , er, back to st. vincent's but this time the doc direct admitted me rather than send me back through the er...since the er was following instructions , i hold herman & his staff completely responsible for my pain and suffering ... read more
