I definitely recommend the office at Baptist South! The care I have received over the last year has been amazing! The care I have received from Dr Cooper has been the absolute best! And my care at the Endoscopy Center was just as good . Now flip the coin, my son had to go to St Vincent’s Clay for a food impaction and a Dr had to come in for an EGD. The Doctor I have to see is heartless. It's not right not having the option to change Doctors if you don't like the one you saw the first time. I'd also like to go to one closer to my new home, but I was told that's not an option either. I guess it is Borland Groover fault.

Had my procedures yesterday at Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy. Highly recommended , from check In with Cindy, to my preop nurse Joyce and Caitlyn, to my procedure nurse Megan, nurse anesthetist Irene , my doctor Misra and last but not the least my recovery nurse Sandra. Five stars you deserve . Thanks for taking care of me!!!
Quality care & experts in there Field
Kept us waiting more than 45 minutes after procedure to talk to the doctor. When we finally saw him, he was so rushed/talked so fast that the convo was 2 minutes tops. I had to practically drag him back in to clarify the medication regime. Then, when picking up prescription - it hadn’t even been sent to the pharmacy.
