For the past 2 months we have had to cancel a procedure because we have NEVER received the prep paperwork which according to the person that answered the phone it is only mailed. The first appointment was supposed to be in September. No paperwork in the mail. Had to reschedule and had to wait an entire month for an opening . The appointment was scheduled for this Saturday with the prep to begin tomorrow which is Friday. Was hoping to find paperwork in the mailbox today but again an EPIC FAIL. The infusion center is great. The staff are wonderful and caring
Fantastic staff of physicians & all nurses, PA’s, NP’s & office personnel. Best communication in a group that I’ve ever experienced.
Careless staff, the health and life of the patient don’t matter here ,the staff treat you like you did something wrong while their lack of attention could cuss Permenant damage ,it’s absolutely no for me. Very disappointed
for starters the appointment line suggest online requests yet the site doesnt work when you go to it. then I took the call back option, it called me back then immediately put me back on hold...Sounds like another wasted day or two trying to get an appointment, just like last year.
