It's amazing you can call me in a timely manner when you want $$$. DAYS go by when I want to talk to my doctor and then I get to talk to office staff. Took 7 business days to get a prescription called in. SEVEN days.

My husband has a liver problem and I was not allowed to be present while his test results were discussed. The phone call and speaker option does not work! I couldn’t hear a thing! I am very sad and upset that I was not allowed to be in the room with my husband!

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy tomorrow am. I went through all the uncomfortable protocol for the last two days. Dr. Norkina's office mentioned I might need a COVID test but wasn't sure of the protocol since I had been diagnosed with COVID April 1, tested negative twice and positive for antibodies. I received a voicemail message from Babtist telling me what time to arrive and what to bring, but nothing regarding COVID testing. I had my Colonoscopy 3/11/20 with Dr Kyle Etzkorn! Borland Groover is rated EXCELLENT ..... 5 ***** (Five STAR) Thank you Dr Etzkorn and Borland Groover's amazing nurses and staff for a Great experience! I would highly recommend this place to Everyone!
