It was 45 minutes after my appointment that I was finally called into a waiting room. Then a few more minutes after that when I finally saw the practitioner (not the doctor). Then was asked many of the questions I'd already answered in an on-line registration the week prior. This is a brand new facility - very nice - but the phone staff suggested I come here bec it was closer to me. It's sure not. Plus GPS still can't find it! Not a pleased patient.
Borland Groover is not very forthcoming with their billing. When asked about the cost of a procedure, they give you a price. Then they make you sign a paper stating there could be additional charges, even though they know exactly what those would be. They will not disclose them upfront. Very shady.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend going here as they are never upfront with you about how much something will cost. They tell me one price and I confirm several times that this will be the final price then I get thousands of dollars worth of random bills in the mail. They lie to you upfront so that you will agree to a procedure and then just send you a lot of bills that you have to pay. I’ve had a horrible experiences here. The staff is extremely rude, all the staff in the front desk are rude and ignore you standing there trying to check in. I had one of them slam the glass in my face while I was standing there. Never said a word to me another lady rudely came up and asked if I been helped after that. The staff is extremely unhelpful and seem very lazy. The doctors will write off your problems as mental things instead of actually finding out the problems that may be wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. Won't be going back and do not recommend. My first visit with Dr. Racho last year was nothing short of awful. A year deep into trying to get pregnant, I'd opted to start the next steps with a fertility clinic, and they told me I should start on Famodidine. Racho was odd to talk to and rubbed me the wrong way from the start. For the whole 10 minute appt, he tried to convince me to get a couple thousand dollar surgery to determine why I had heartburn and refused to acknowledge the importance of my pregnancy journey, the reason... read more
