Giving a review. I feel that I had an okay relationship with Dr. Gupta. However there was a barrier to getting my needs met. I left more confused after my appts than before. I asked questions, and the nurse seemed frustrated. I’m not apologizing for having medical concerns. The nurses were terrible. Had no compassion for my situation. I was seen by Dr. Nassar and I’d say he’s very professional, patient and knows how to listen to his patients like me. i would have given a 5 star review if only the nurse who assisted me gave me an equally good treatment but sadly it was the opposite. After being seen, Dr. Nassar told me to wait for Kaylie, the nurse so she can schedule for my medical procedure and so I did wait. However after waiting for about 25 min. MEDICAL SERVICE IS GREAT, CALLING THEIR OFFICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF LIFE. NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant first experience with the front office team. One, the office was closed and not opened when I arrived for my morning appointment. After 15 minutes of waiting, not one of the team members arriving late greeted/acknowledged nor said “good morning” to any of the patients waiting to be seen that morning (there were three of us standing outside the elevators waiting to get inside the suite).They all came in very aloof! Dr.Rehan Naseemuddin and his assistant are a great team. They both explained everything that I needed to know about my health.Great bed side manner, and professional. I will give them 10 starts but do not have that option ☺️
