I initially went into a "Borked PC" location in Bangor, PA on 7/9/15 with my Toshiba Satellite C855 laptop that would boot up to the Toshiba logo but little else. I was not able to get it into safe mode. Scott (the owner) checked out my laptop while I waited with my two young sons, 7 & 9. He told me that my hard drive "was going" but it wasn't the end of the world and if felt he would be able to retrieve my files.
