We are new to the Borisow property family since August 2025. We Love the apartment it is spacious and clean and working wonderful. We have had a few minor things happen a garage door opener went out and was replaced within days very nice. A broken window caused by a hail storm is being replaced soon. The property is well maintained and we will enjoy many years here in Fremont Nebraska.
Horrible place to live, our apartment had black mold the first week we moved in and they took 2 months to get to use to fix it. If you need any work done it takes days on days to weeks. There isn’t anything to offer other then high rent and little to no maintenance.
