I came from out of town. I ordered a beef brisket. I never made one before and asked for assistance. Adam went above and beyond. He wrote down instructions and the brisket was amazing. He even called to describe how to cut it against the grain. This small store take customer service to a high leveI. I will be shopping there when I am back in The area.
Great meats and a cute little shop with some groceries.
