Dr Boris Gefon is an awesome oral surgeon. The wait time needs improvement, but it doesn’t take away from the great skill Dr Boris has!
When you come to your appointment, there are between 8 and 10 people in front of you in line. With an unpredictable wait time. And the receptionist service is below any imaginable level. I have all the calls recorded.
- The receptionist lady was rude during the times i was here - For local Anesthesia procedures its split up to 2 teeth per procedure max and more done over multiple visits, general Anesthesia its all done one time - Emails got ignored that had important questions. Not sure why all the reviews before got deleted and a new listing is placed which is concerning alone. They take medicaid if you are wondering unless noted otherwise but call to verify.
