honestly i probably won’t come back. i walked in with a picture of short hair with layers. i came out with what i had before but with super boxy ends. my boyfriend on the other hand.. got butchered. they don’t layer or thin hair out? my hair is super uneven, and my poor boyfriend.. were gonna have to take him somewhere else and hope they can salvage what they can. i’m just gonna deal with it and thin it out at home. her name was allison btw, i suggest retraining staff on how to even cut hair
