I made an appointment a week in advance for Friday, February 18th @ 10 am. I was aware that the weather was awful the day before so I did call the salon over 8 times to try to confirm the appointment. No answer whatsoever. I thought to myself that I should still show up to said appointment because at no point was I contacted by the salon for a cancelation. I showed up friday morning waited an hour, NO ONE SHOWED UP.
