My mom called and wanted to see if a hairdresser could do her hair and to find out what times a certain hairdresser was there during the week. The women on the phone was rude and very quick to say that she closes soon and hung up on my mom. Very unprofessional.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews though I’m still distraught over a haircut I received here a month ago. Asked the stylist for a trim, she proceeded to dry cut about 4 inches off my hair - much shorter than we agreed on prior. She kept insisting “it’s just a little bit, i’m just cutting all the damage” so I trusted the process and ended up wanting to cry by the time it was done. Unprofessional is tye only word I have fir this place. A women who works there was rude to my mother who is a senior. Not appreciated.
