I used to work there, they are very rude nurses and all. The manager makes fun of people that work for her and their patients. Colleen and all the nurses, but 1- Katie, are very rude and I have seen them sit there laughing as they made people cry, me being one of them. They are the rudest bunch of people at Borgess and the whole office needs to be shut down and all nurses and doctors including management needs to be fired and new employees brought in.

I've never had a bad experience here. All the doctors I've seen have been great and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the office moved at one point and was a little confusing to find, but if you find a staff member in the building they're always nice and willing to help (in my experience)! I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about not being able to get ahold of anyone on the nurse line - that's true of every healthcare business I've ever been to. Can never get ahold of nurses. They keep you on hold for more than 5 minutes every time. If I’m being honest it is usually more about ten minutes with one or more phone call ten minutes EACH. The wait NEVER fails. These nurses work remote they need to be more attentive to phone calls. I know not everybody has the time to consistently hang on hold for so long our lives are busy too.
