Dr was on time, no excessive waiting. Told us my options and his suggestions. Very helpful.
I waited 11 weeks for this appointment. In that time, it would have helped me to have been sent your lengthy questionnaire to fill out AHEAD of time. Now, i need to wait an additional five weeks to see a surgeon. I wasn't aware there would be such a delay in scheduling.
