Received on-line bill from Borgess Portal and paid immediately with my credit card. I received an email back stating payment received. My credit card statement came and anount paid was on the receipt. Received a bill the next month for same amount I had already paid. Was told to email copies of receipts and did so. Billing is completely incompetent. Customer service is non-existant. Physicians don't use critical thinking and order nonsense, wasteful tests. Shrug and say "I've never heard of it" when you describe a problem to them. They billed me for 40 minutes face to face time for a new patient visit, but I was only with the physician for 8 minutes.
First I was told in ER that I had bruised ribs and COPD Inflammation.Next day I almost passed out in Meier and was rushed back to your ER.I was then told I had broken ribs and pneumonia.I was then prescribed medication I had to pay for out of pocket.********!
