If I could rate them a 0 star I would have no hesitation to press it… I am on the spectrum and they completely disregarded how my brain is wired. From the very first step into the facility everyone was rude and no smiles were in sight. The energy the staff gives has little to no empathy, but only protocol. The staff was very helpful and friendly as always. Take time to make sure that my needs are met and I appreciate the effort and hard work that they do.
