The technician was very gentle and put me at ease when she did my mammogram. She told me what she was going to do before she did it so as not to surprise me. She was very respectful and kind. If I could request her as my technician the next time I would choose her.
A+A+A+ what great treatment from entering the ER right down to leaving the hospital. Great staff all so nice and friendly. Hospital is so nice and clean. They all made my stay very safe and comfortable.
I love my nurse practitioner. However, I'm having severe pain and I'm not allowed pain medication. I've already tried to take Lyrica and Neurotin which I had reactions to. I used to be on Hydrocodone, but I took myself off that years ago. Now I wish I hadn't gone off it. I really don't understand. Doctors used to care and be reminded that pain is subjective to each patient. Now the patients pain isn't a priority. My quality of life has been very poor, as my pain prevents me from doing much. Family and internal medicine staff is great. I hate calling to make an appt. That is the worst. It’s not like it used to be you make a call set up an appt. Instead you are sent thru a maze of push a series of buttons then connect with someone and they send you to someone else then they send you to someone else then no one answers and you leave a message on VM and wait for them to call you back.
