I really don’t know how many stars to give. Nurses, doctors, lab technicians were top notch. I am very happy with my diagnosis and subsequent surgery. My problem this time (previous time was central scheduling) is with billing. Prior to my surgery, I called and asked what my out of pocket would be after insurance and was told $0. It was over $1200 and the bills are still coming.
Waited over an hour to have a nurse come to a family members room with a serious issue, see picture posted for wait time! They are VERY unsanitary as there looks to be old blood on molding at the bottom of wall in a persons room that already has an infection. Further more was told Beacon themselves cut the nurses hours so there’s only 7 roughly to cover 60+ rooms and no PCA! Thought over the years with different ownership things would change, boy was I wrong! AVOID at all costs!!!!
they made me wait in the ER for 24 hours in a room with nothing no tv no phone nothing. all you hear is people screaming for help. this place is evil they do nothing all day and get money off people. they have no souls. you can see scratch marks on the walls. you would think they would paint them. the food is horrid.
Was discharged from hospital was told they're going to send my prescription over to Meijer Pharmacy when I called and have them send it they told me that myself discharged when I talked to the nurse and they said I was good to go so I was being seen for a broken back got no pain medication or anything when I was discharged
I’ve stayed in more cleaner/sanitized rooms at motel 6 than at beacon hospital on gull rd YUCK I guess anyone can be a nurse now a days.
