1st wife waited 15 hours for a room when transferred from St Joseph Corewell. Then she needed meds for anxiety and it took them 12+ hours to get her meds? When transferred upon arrival to the ER here, the nice EMT gentleman in the ambulance pressed the door button and nobody answers so he held it (the emts and my wife were out there for several minutes locating the doorbell, asphalt was being redone and it was a mess for dropoff). Un professional, dont go there if you are in need of help you will die. I waited over 4 hours and never got seen, this hospitals doesnt even check vitals just leaves patients in the waiting room and act like they dont exist
I must just say that: that Bogress Hospital is probably why reluctantly, my Bible-believing Christian late 77-year-old maternal grandmother had spent her last few weeks until that wonderful Day [yes, on Tuesday(evening), September 23, 2,008,] when my Lord Jesus Christ of Glory had welcomed her home to His Heavenly Homeland above forever!
i hate to leave a negative review because i could tell they were very busy, but although thankfully my newborn is fine, i am not happy with our visit. it was extremely unsanitary. the waiting room, the bathroom, and even the room we were put into were honestly disgusting. we visited for our newborn and the room we were put into had leftover trash including a cup of water from the patient before us. the floors were visibly dirty and covered with debris. the chair next to us in the waiting room was covered with crushed up food... read more
Had an entirely different experience here than I did at the location in Three Rivers on the same day! I was treated with care, compassion, and professionalism by all of the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the wait time was insane and I didn't have an actual room, just a chair with a divider for the person beside me. Outside of that Everyone was great!
