I am giving them a 3 star because the medical staff, doctors, nurses, and PA's we saw were awesome, yet the front desk staff and supervisor were awful and very rude. We were seen at Immediate Care, and told specifically that we could have a procedure done there by the doctor, then sent to the regular emergency room for further care. The emergency room also told us we could do our followup at Immediate Care, but when we called, we were told that it was "not their policy". staff is very rude on every visit. Doctors only sit with you for 2 minutes. They don't try to get to the root problem. They just treat immediate symptoms.

Upon begin called back the nurse took my standard vital sign, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, then led me to a room to wait for the "doctor". When the "doctor" arrived she asked me a few questions, she NEVER examined me, NEVER touch me and yet " diagnosed" me with bronchitis. She was in the room 2 minutes. You can not diagnose someone by merely looking at them. To top it all off they charged me for an exam that was never performed. They do fraudulent business, as well as insurance fraud. I wont be back!
