Well, it definitely wasn't exactly a 55-minute sleigh ride "down the shores of Lake Tahoe"...more like a slow 15–20-minute circle through the parking lot and down part of the walking trail at the end. I bought 4 adult tickets, 2 hot chocolate/blanket sets, plus paid $15 for a taxi to drop us off through the gate, then a tip for the operators. Our family had an absolutely amazing time on this sleigh ride! From the moment we arrived, everyone—especially the owners, Diana and Dwight—was incredibly welcoming and wonderful with my much older parents and the rest of our group. When our sleigh ride had to be rescheduled the prior weekend due to a snowstorm, Diana and I ended up having a long, meaningful conversation about many things, including our shared experiences with Type 1 diabetes (both she and my mom have it). It was such a great time! We had the best guides who went above & beyond & took amazing photos we will cherish. We hope to make this a new tradition. Highly recommend!
Annalese was GREAT! We had a great time on the sleigh and playing on the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bert (the horse) was fun to feed treats to and our whole group (6, 15 & 40’s) had a blast! Totally worth the trip!
Beautiful day with great staff. It is in the parking lot of the park so that was a little disappointing. Great family pictures.
