Amazing experience from start to finish! Our gas water heater finally gave out after 14 years, and I reached out around 7 AM. They responded quickly, explained our replacement options, and also took care of the new MA venting requirements. Owen and Jason showed up around 9AM, were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and had us back up and running with hot water within a few hours.
