Recently had my septic tanks pumped and checked. The Tech was nice and early for the set appointment which I appreciated. Unfortunately, didn't end well. After bill was paid and everything was "done" a week later my alarms went off for the septic tank and found it flooded. The pump turned on but wasn't pumping. I have a large tank, so it takes about a week to fill to the top like it was, so the timeline is consistent from when they pumped it. I called the office, admitted a little angry. My husband and I ran into some really unfortunate and unexpected issues with our septic system after we bought our house in Tobyhanna. After trying multiple other local septic companies who were misleading, wildly overpriced, didn't answer our questions, didn't show up to our house, didn't produce reports, etc., we were recommended to this company on a Facebook group. Quick and very professional from time they picked up phone on weekend to the time very respectful technician Taylor came at 10 a.m as was scheduled . He checked our system and eliminate the reason our alarm buzzed. We greatly appreciate his job. The Borger Septic is the best company.

We used Borger for years at our previous home. Not sure what is going on at the company but communication is terrible. Trying to schedule a tank repair and Becky does not call back as promised. After repeated calls, Becky finally scheduled a repair date and they did not show up. I called and was told that the job would have to be rescheduled due to a worker calling in sick. Poor communication. Unfortunately, I will have to look elsewhere for a reliable company.. Les Luka Stroudsburg
