Didn’t know my family and I were $1900 plus utilities to live in the hood. Horrible management, horrible customer service and horrible follow through. I dropped my last months rent and this girl at the front didn’t know what to do, she was high as hell and she asked me for a pen. I mean you work in an office and you have no pens. Horrible horrible horrible
Nakeyah was amazing at making the move in process incredibly easy!! She was supper welcoming and is amazing at her job! you can tell she really cares about her residents.
Our apartment was nice and clean, no weird smells and with little damage found during inspection and a larger amount of space than expected which was lovely! The property manager was absent during our move in time/week which made some things tricky such as getting an inspection sheet, knowing where to park both our cars and our UHaul when moving in, and paying for our first month rent. The property is nice and so was the apartment we looked at. However, they appear to intentionally post very low prices for their rental units to get people to come out and look at them just to learn that the actual price is much higher than what they advertise on Zillow, HotPads, Trulia, Rent.com and etc. For example 1b/1b such as 6C unit is listed on every website mentioned above for $1,296 when in reality the price is $1900+ per leasing agent. Nakeyah is the best hands down. Not only did she do everything she said she was going to do she made sure things got done and made sure to check in with me every step of the way. This by far was the best move-in process I’ve had since being on my own.
