I had an amazing experience moving into my new townhome at Borgata Apartments in Renton, WA. The leasing agent was absolutely awesome and truly went above and beyond. She was very diligent in following up on items from the previous tenants, including ensuring the chandelier would be replaced and arranging for a new microwave. What truly made this experience stand out were the incredibly thoughtful touches. First I want to give a Big shout out to Nakeyah, she did a awesome job showing me two appointments that I love so much, but I could only pick one, Nakeyah really was a blessing she took her time and walked me through everything, like she was the moving in:), I'm very happy to be a part of Borgata, thanks again Nakeyah .. you did a wonderful job.
The tour guide;his name was Jason,he was most pleasant and very polite. He took me to 2 different rentals. I thought he was very nice and he seemed to care honestly. I had just previously that morning applied for a place and am hopeful. The manager Jason being so good at his job. I would rate him a 5 star ...the place he tried to convince me was just too much hill...too much a climb...3 stars.
I been waiting to move at Borgata for years now and finally was able to move in my home and it was all I could hope for Nakeyah helped me through the entire experience and answered all my questions and made the move in process easy. Love my home.
