I been waiting to move at Borgata for years now and finally was able to move in my home and it was all I could hope for Nakeyah helped me through the entire experience and answered all my questions and made the move in process easy. Love my home.
We had such a wonderful experience visiting this community! Nakeyah, the manager, was so friendly, helpful, and eager to help us find a home that fit our needs. She took the time to show us around and provided great options. The community looked beautiful, smelled fresh, and had such a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out!
I had a great tour with Nakeyah! She was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although she only had a one-bedroom to show and I’m looking for a townhome, she still took the time to answer all my questions. The community was clean and well-maintained.
15 year resident, broke lease early due to mold. The Borgata failed to refund my entire deposit owed and charged me for additional parking fee, which was previously paid. The property manager acknowledged the error, stated she would correct and after 5 months, emails and letters sent, no resolution. I was totally ignored. Do not trust the property manager!
Didn’t know my family and I were $1900 plus utilities to live in the hood. Horrible management, horrible customer service and horrible follow through. I dropped my last months rent and this girl at the front didn’t know what to do, she was high as hell and she asked me for a pen. I mean you work in an office and you have no pens. Horrible horrible horrible
