I absolutely love this complex , the manager Nakeyah Knight & the maintenance supervisor Keoki Daniel’s are superb here always on top of each & all needs very kind pleasant energy from both always professional with a personable attitude - I declare there the best management team I’ve lived under in the 30 plus yrs a I’ve been renting !
I know this review is long overdue, but I truly wanted to take the time to recognize Nakeyah for being one of the best property managers I’ve ever experienced. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I took a tour several days ago of the Borgata Apartment's amenities and grounds as well as one of their available two bedroom units. The amenities which included the pool, hot tub, grill and 24 hours gym were very clean and appeared to be well kept. The apartments were so lovely and gave me a real feeling of home, they were very spacious with a lot of storage and very well maintained. I had an amazing experience moving into my new townhome at Borgata Apartments in Renton, WA. The leasing agent was absolutely awesome and truly went above and beyond. She was very diligent in following up on items from the previous tenants, including ensuring the chandelier would be replaced and arranging for a new microwave.
