I leased a condo in Central Boulder through Borg Real Estate and both Gabriele and Kathy were a joy to work with. The application process was smooth. They were prompt with maintenance requests, and were accommodating when I had to terminate my lease due to extenuating circumstances. I had no issues with getting my deposit back, though it could've come slightly sooner (took them 1.5 months to deliver). Regardless, I would happily sign a lease with him and they have my endorsement.

I too received a phone call from Gabrielle. I am not even renting from them! I am a homeowner and have had to go upstairs many times to ask tenants to be quiet. They do not screen and they rent out properties sight on seen many times... they could care less who comes in to there rentals or the people who live around them. They do not work with you, there is such a disconnect and lack of care in there work! They are far from professional, she too called ( which I still have the voicemail) and accused me of harassing her tenan... read more

I am a renter an had an excellent experience renting a property in Boulder, Colorado from Borg Real Estate. During the 1 year that I rented from them, I worked with both Gabrielle Dech and Kathy New who were both real estate professionals and provided excellent customer service.
