They tell me I didn't confirm it and booked over me, then tell me I can wait for an opening but there are quite a few appointments ahead of me or I can reschedule. I don't have time for either, gave up time out of my sleep to accommodate them this time. Shouldn't they take the person who first booked the appointment and make the other person wait?
