Jamie, who took care of me on 9/11 around 3:20, was so kind and comforting. After a long day at work, she was incredibly patient with me. Thank you, Jamie, for your professionalism and care!
The technicians are good. But the front desk people make your life so miserable, almost to the extent of not wanting to go back there ever again! They are irrational and pose as if the company is owned by their uncle! When I reached at their office, I was told that I was 5 minutes late and the receptionist cancelled my appointment straightaway! I have already looked into another imaging center and never Borg & Ide again!
