Michael is a stand up guy, and a true master plumber. He works with integrity and fairness and my experience with him has been as such. We had a complicated problem and by some miracle he was able to guide us through.
Eric was great! Friendly, fast and thorough, fixed a longstanding issue and took the time to stay & insure it was 100% working after the fact. Would definitely recommend!

They scheduled me Friday between 2-3:30pm. I received a call Friday morning to move my appt to 4-5:30 which I was unable to do. I asked if they could come out on Sat. morning since they had rescheduled. Stacy’s said they can could but would charge me a premium for weekend. I asked if this could be waived since they had to reschedule and Stacy said she was not management and refused to waive fee. Guess they have so much business they did not need Mine. They are plenty of other companies that will.
