I dropped off 1 window, 1 screen and 1 small glass slat for a screen door April 20th, it is now June 7th. I spoke with him last week and said I dropped these things off and he sounded suprised, like he forgot, and I had to remind him what my work was. I finally said I was just coming to pick up my things and he offered no explanation or apology. Like what was the reason an actual business just forgets about you?!?!?!
Dropped off the door to my vintage China cabinet on Saturday afternoon and got called on Monday the glass was cut and replaced. It was a special curved design and it awesome
