Needed to work with Borem again. On random Tuesday, I ran into a situation that needed some urgent assistance. Shawn and his office staff went above and beyond to get me 40 extinguishers. They were closing early that day. I was in a tough spot. The techs were all in meetings. The office staff, on a day they were leaving early stayed behind a bit to get me the 40 fire extinguishers that I needed right away. I needed to have two extinguishers taken in for an annual check. I met Josh along with three other team members while I was there. Everyone was courteous and attentive, ensuring that I was taken care of. I also appreciate that Josh took time to educate me about a few items related to proper use and maintenance of the extinguishers.
