I needed to have two extinguishers taken in for an annual check. I met Josh along with three other team members while I was there. Everyone was courteous and attentive, ensuring that I was taken care of. I also appreciate that Josh took time to educate me about a few items related to proper use and maintenance of the extinguishers. I called them because the company I had set up to come out each year was a no show. When I called Borem they answered the phone and scheduled me right away.
