My child has had good experiences with the providers. The biggest issue is that there was a processing error with my insurance. I have gone back and forth with my insurance company and the clinic with no resolve. I know I didn't owe a balance otherwise every visit completed BEFORE and AFTER that date of service would have showed a balance (it never did, my whole family is 100% covered for this benefit). My review a year ago was deleted which was 3/5 today I redo my review and list 1/5…. And I kept going. To summarize the previous review. I was threatened I would not be seen because I missed a Dr appointment during high COVID times and had a new born and Covid and working full time… the receptionist then was terrible…..Again after another year I was left having to leave because I was in a position where my medication was not being filled regularly or in the exact same time as others. Extremely dissatisfied with the patient care given by “office manager” Kendall at this office. When a family member was experiencing medication withdrawals due to a prescription refill difficulty, she was extremely rude on the phone, dismissed my concerns, did not offer any help or support, and then proceeded to hang up on me. Do not recommend going here.
