I’ve been seeing chiropractors for 25 years and it’s always been a quick fix, and then pain again in a couple days. Dr. Minnena takes the time to diagnose the issue, figure out a plan, address it, and leave me with a plan for continued success. It’s as if I am getting AT, physio, and chiropractic treatment all in one! Highly recommend him.
Was such a great first apt highly recommend Josh if you want thorough support from a provider and you're wishing to learn a ton about your body's mobility and how you can support yourself beyond the apt. Everytime Josh asked me questions and I gave more detail about my body and life activity Josh got closer to exactly what was going on and what I needed. Dr. Josh Martineau is an exceptional practitioner. He's knowledgeable, passionate and focused on achieving great outcomes for his patients. I did a TPI assessment with him a few months ago, and he identified some areas of focus that I've been working on and which have had a positive impact on my golf swing mechanics. He has also recently helped me with an ankle sprain and helped me return to play faster than I would have expected! Highly recommend!
Josh really knows his stuff. I leave feeling so much better. I get pain relief after every visit.
