I am responding to customer post that addresses the issue that now this company has left customers high and dry. Although I fortunately received my kitchen reface install (before November), the doors are falling off and I scheduled a repair to no avail and with your comments it appears that the 10 year / lifetime warranty has expired. I am going to call the initial sales rep to give him a lashing for selling a worthless company. Not for my sake but for yours.

I am still waiting on a door to be installed that I ordered in May of 23 along with my windows. The windows didn’t get installed until November 16th of 2023; the door was measured wrong and never installed. I am not able to get ahold of this company through email or phone call. And the third party they use to obtain financing is claiming to not be able to help. I will be continuing to contact this company and then getting a lawyer. And I suggest anyone else in this same predicament should do so as well.

I put down a deposit of $6,663 in October. I was initially told that my windows and door would be ready for install in December. Mid-December I received a call from Bordner saying the door was ready but the windows were still in production. Install would now be January. I heard nothing from them through January so I called Bordner. Again I’m told the door is there and the windows are still in production.
