The filling Dr. Khan did was unstable and painful for months. Now, instead of identifying the real cause, he misbehaved and suggested more procedures like replacing the filling or doing a root canal — clearly guessing and hoping something works even after I paid for a proper checkup. He never told me a cause of pain and just made more confusion hoping I will get further multiple treatments. I had an exceptional experience at Bordesley Village Dental practice today. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Assad was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately had to deal with a rude receptionist on bringing my children for a check-up. She could do with some customer service training.
Dr Shamsul Khan is a lovely dentist. I always feel at ease at this practice. Having been a patient for over 2 years, I don’t fear my dentist like I have done in past years at other practices. All the treatments and work I have had done lasts and is done to the highest quality and standard. I’m never dissatisfied. The reception team are lovely and helpful, along with the dental assistants. All round a brilliant team who work hard and ensure their patients are happy.
