WEEK 6 & NO GLASSES!!! Paid in full the day of appt!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
Mr and Mrs Dr Britt are both really wonderful people. They are both very friendly and very professional and do a great job. Me and my whole family go to them for all or eye care needs. I feel like they really care about their job and helping people. I highly recommend them .
First visit. Really enjoyed the experience.
Dr. Borders and his wife Dr. Sara are the most genuine people. We need more doctors like them. They care about their patients and go above and beyond. Dr. Britt saw me as a patient and answered all of my questions and concerns and then Dr. Sara helped give me suggestions and find a pair of glasses that I love! I’ve since picked them up and get nothing but compliments and can see so well! I’ve been to other offices in town and wouldn’t recommend anyone else! The Borders are the best! Thank you for all that you do!
Looks like my complaint will sound like alot of the others. 5 months of silence, no return phone calls. Just took our $260 consult fee and disappeared. I've called twice and heard the same reply like the others. They need to close their business down. A complete joke.
