My issues are the following: 1. the $39.00 copay every time. 2. I had a hip and a knee issue and they split up the appoints instead of handling them both at one time. How they have a perfect score is mind boggling. It is like an assembly line, and you can get the same thing off of YouTube for free.
I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff is always kind, patient, and very attentive to how I’m progressing. They explain everything clearly and make sure I’m doing each exercise the right way, which has helped me feel more confident throughout my recovery. The staff at Performance Physical Therapy Border Therapy Services is first class! From Travis, who evaluated me after my rotator cuff surgery, and now my hip injury, to the knowledgeable physical therapists (Karen, Mickey, and Hector) and the incredibly welcoming receptionist, Alma. Performance Physical Therapy is a great place to have physical therapy. The place is bright, clean and has the needed equipment to recover from any aliment/pain. I highly recommend the staff at Border Therapy Services!
